1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

1.1 Subscription Terms

When you purchase a subscription from Amua, you expressly agree to the following:

Your purchase includes recurring charges at the frequency selected at checkout (weekly, monthly, or quarterly).

You authorize automatic recurring billing to your selected payment method.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged without further notice for each subscription renewal.

Each shipment is billed separately unless a prepaid plan is clearly stated at checkout.

Subscription pricing is subject to change. Any pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.


1.2 Affirmative Consent & Auto-Renewal

By completing your subscription purchase, you provide affirmative consent that:

You understand you are enrolling in a recurring subscription

Charges will continue automatically until you pause or cancel

Renewal charges will occur at the then-current subscription price

You are solely responsible for canceling before the next billing date to avoid future charges

This acknowledgment constitutes your express authorization for Amua to process recurring charges in accordance with this policy.


1.3 Subscription Management

You may manage your subscription at any time by:

Accessing your customer account on our website

Contacting support@tryamua.com

You may:

Skip an upcoming shipment

Change delivery frequency

Update shipping or billing information

Pause or cancel your subscription

All changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect.


1.4 Billing Dates & Customer Responsibility

Subscription renewal dates are visible in your customer account.

Reminder emails may be sent as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.

Failure to receive a reminder email does not exempt you from charges.

You are responsible for monitoring your billing schedule and managing your subscription accordingly.


1.5 Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.

Charges already processed cannot be reversed or refunded.

Orders that have already been fulfilled, shipped, or are in transit cannot be canceled.

Failure to cancel prior to billing, including forgetting or no longer needing the product, does not qualify for a refund.


1.6 No Refund Policy for Subscription Orders

All subscription charges are final once processed.

We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have been billed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Refunds are not issued for unused products or missed cancellation deadlines.

Any eligible returns are governed strictly by our Returns Policy.


1.7 Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

We will attempt to reprocess the payment after 3 days

A second attempt will occur after 5 days

After three failed attempts, the subscription will be automatically paused

You may update your payment method at any time to resume your subscription


2. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

This service is currently not available.

If introduced in the future:

Trial terms will be clearly disclosed at checkout

Payment authorization will be collected in advance

Failure to return the product within the trial period will result in automatic full billing


3. IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

3.1 Subscription Restrictions

Subscription discounts may not be combined with other promotions

Minimum subscription terms may apply and will be disclosed at checkout

Maximum order quantities may be enforced to prevent abuse or resale


3.2 Geographic Availability

Subscriptions are available only in supported countries

Updating a shipping address to an unsupported location may result in automatic cancellation


3.3 Product Updates

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value

Product formulations and packaging may change without prior notice

Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund


4. REQUIRED CONTACT BEFORE CHARGEBACKS

If you have a billing or subscription concern, you agree to contact support@tryamua.com before initiating a chargeback.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions or denial of future service


5. FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate subscriptions suspected of fraud or abuse

Refuse service to customers who initiate excessive chargebacks

Share transaction data with payment processors for fraud prevention and dispute resolution


6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All subscription-related disputes are governed by Amua’s Terms of Service, including applicable arbitration provisions for U.S. customers.
